As part of trying to make it easier for volunteers to attend team leader training at a location that is convenient to them we are trialing a process of some online pre-work material that can be done at any time and then a 2 hour online webinar to build on this and further explain the process. The webinar part is best completed with a webcam and microphone which many computers now have built in (especially laptops) and of course speakers. If you don’t have speakers/microphone you can look at whats happening on the screen and dial in on your phone for the audio.

Please note this is for volunteers who have already completed Basic Training.
